Review: Quaker Real Medleys Bars

These are magnificent.  I saw them a few weeks ago and just had to try the Peach Almond kind.

There are 3 different kinds: Cherry Pistachio, Apple Nut Harvest, and Peach Almond.  Peach Almond is by far my favorite, but they are all amazing.  These aren’t all that healthy for you, despite the fact that they actually do look kind of health food-esque.  I find them to be quite filling though as a breakfast on the go, so I’ll definitely keep buying them.

Cherry Pistachio has 170 calories, 12 g of sugar, 0.5 g of saturated fat, and 85 mg of sodium.  These are the least sugary tasting.  I love the slight tartness that the cherries give it.

Apple Nut Harvest has 160 calories, 14 g of sugar, 1 g of saturated fat, and 80 mg of sodium.  These ones taste like a bowl of cinnamon apple oatmeal.  Super tasty and very juicy tasting.

Peach Almond has 160 calories, 14 g of sugar, 0.5 g of saturated fat, and 75 mg of sodium.  These are so deliciously tasty.  I find they actually taste a little more like an apricot to me, but that could just be me.
